4. Log in to your subscribed FDRS account.
Note: When logging in, please select "Independent Operator / Non-Dealer" as the account type, and ensure you choose the region associated with your account.
5. After logging in, click the VCI icon in the bottom right corner and select "Other Device." From the selection box, choose "Artidiag RLink" and click OK.
Note: If the RLink option is not available in the list, please check if the registry information is correct.
6. Click "Read VIN from vehicle" to read the VIN. Once the reading is complete, click GO.
7. After reading the vehicle information, verify that the vehicle model is correct and click "Go to ToolBox".
8.Select DSM, navigate to DSM - Programmable Module Installation (PMI), and click Download to download the program.
Note: If the vehicle currently has faults, please identify the fault type first. If there are issues such as internal ECU failures or wiring shorts, you must troubleshoot and repair them before performing any module programming operations.
9.After the download is complete, click RUN to start the process.
Note: Before executing the operation, you must connect a regulated power supply in advance to ensure a stable power source.
10.Loading data...
11.After the data has finished loading, check the regulated power supply connection status according to the on-screen prompts. Once confirmed normal, click YES.
Note: Failure to connect a regulated power supply may directly cause programming interruption and flashing failure.
12.Confirm that the vehicle requires a new ECU replacement, and click YES.
Note:
Confirm whether the vehicle is currently equipped with the original ECU: Select YES if it has the original vehicle ECU, and select NO if a brand new ECU has already been installed.
If programming fails after clicking NO, please reinstall the original vehicle ECU and repeat the previous operation steps. Wait until the software prompts you to replace the ECU, then install the new ECU, and strictly follow the file instructions to complete the subsequent steps.
13.When reaching this step for module installation, please turn off the ignition switch and disconnect the regulated power supply. Replace and install the brand new ECU according to standard specifications. Once installation is complete, click OK to continue.
14.After installing the new ECU, turn on the ignition switch and connect the regulated power supply, then click OK to start vehicle programming.
Note: Before programming, ensure the vehicle is in Park gear and the ignition switch is in the ON position.
15.Programming is in progress. Please do not perform any operations and wait patiently for the flashing to complete.
16.Turn off the ignition switch and click OK
17.When the interface indicates that programming is complete, turn on the ignition switch and click OK again to confirm.
18.After programming is complete, perform learning configuration and initialization for the seat module, clear system fault codes, and then start the vehicle to conduct a functional test.
